DISCOVERY CALL
In this 1 hour session, you get to experience a coaching demo;
gain an understanding of what coaching is and isn’t; and
explore if we're the right fit for this partnership.

SELECT THE COACHING
SERVICE PLAN
Once you agree to partner with me,
you'll choose between our 3-month or 6- month coaching programs.
Alternatively, you can pay per session.
03.
SIGN THE CONTRACT
AND PAY YOUR INVESTMENT
Once you've chosen a coaching plan,
I'll send you a contract outlining the terms and conditions.
This contract must be signed, and payment for the coaching plan is required upfront.
04.
SCHEDULE THE FREE INITIAL / ONBOARDING SESSION
In this free 90-minute session,
we'll work on developing your self-awareness, understanding your core values, and creating a life plan.
We'll evaluate what's helping you, identify obstacles, set goals, and explore your learning style and coaching preferences.
