This website is owned and operated by Rahul Sadagopan. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer Notice, Privacy Policy, Booking Policy, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds Policy, and all Agreements:

  • The “Site” refers to the website of Rahul Sadagopan Coaching: https://www.rahulsadagopan.coach/.

  • "User", "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logged on to this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions.

  • "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Us" and "Our", refers to our Company: Rahul Sadagopan Coaching. 

  • "Party" or "Parties", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

Booking Policy
​

Free Discovery Session:

  • Your booking is confirmed as soon as you schedule an appointment using the Booking Form for the Free Discovery Session on the website: https://www.rahulsadagopan.coach/. 

  • If you cannot find a date/time that works for you from the scheduling calendar, then shoot me an email at rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach (or fill out the contact form on the website) and we’ll figure something out.

  • This Discovery Session is completely free and there is no payment involved.

  • The time duration for this Free Discovery Session is 1 hour.

  • The session will take place online via Google Meet/Skype (depending on your preference and location).

​Single Coaching Session: 

  • To secure your booking for the Single Coaching Session, full payment is required upfront at the time of booking. Your Single Coaching Session appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. 

  • If you cannot find a date/time that works for you from the scheduling calendar, then shoot me an email at rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach (or fill out the contact form on the website) and we’ll figure something out.

  • The price for the Single Coaching Session is INR 1,500. 

  • The time duration for this Single Coaching Session is 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

  • The session will take place online via Google Meet/Skype (depending on your preference and location).
     

3 Month Coaching Program: 

  • To secure your booking for the 3 Month Coaching Program, full payment is required upfront at the time of booking. The appointment for the first session of your 3 Month Coaching Program is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • The first session will be a complimentary free discovery and onboarding session, followed by 9 paid sessions over a period of 3 months. 

  • Total number of sessions = 10 (1 * Free Session; 3 Paid Sessions * 3 Months).

  • The price for the 3 Month Coaching Program is INR 10,800. You only pay for 9 sessions with the first session being free. The price per session for the 9 sessions, works out to be a 20% discounted rate of INR 1,200 per session, compared to the single coaching session rate of INR 1,500 per session.

  • If you cannot find a date/time that works for you for the first session from the scheduling calendar, then shoot me an email at rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach (or fill out the contact form on the website) and we’ll figure something out.

  • Each online coaching session is personalized as per your specific requirements to empower and guide you towards a meaningful and fulfilling life. 

  • Collaborative approach, thought-provoking questions, and accountability to achieve your goals. 

  • Unlimited email/WhatsApp feedback and support between sessions.

  • Challenges/Assignments to be agreed and completed outside sessions.

  • The time duration for each session is 1 hour.

  • The sessions will take place online via Google Meet/Skype (depending on your preference and location). 

 

6 Month Coaching Program:

  • To secure your booking for the 6 Month Coaching Program, full payment is required upfront at the time of booking. The appointment for the first session of your 6 Month Coaching Program is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • The first session will be a complimentary free discovery and onboarding session, followed by 18 paid sessions over a period of 6 months. 

  • Total number of sessions = 19 (1 * Free Session; 3 Paid Sessions * 6 Months).

  • The price for the 6 Month Coaching Program is INR 18,900. You only pay for 18 sessions with the first session being free. The price per session for the 18 sessions, works out to be a 30% discounted rate of INR 1,050 per session, compared to the single coaching session rate of INR 1,500 per session.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS POLICY

Free Discovery Session: 

  • To cancel or reschedule your Free Discovery Session, please let us know 24 hours in advance of your session start time by sending an email to rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach.

 

Single Coaching Session:

  • To cancel or reschedule your Single Coaching Session, please let us know 24 hours in advance of your session start time by sending an email to rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach. 

  • Single sessions are fully refundable if cancelled within a minimum 24 hours of the start of the session. 

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach.

  • Refund requests should include the full name of the client, and the reason for the cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed via original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the email request. 

  • If you request for cancellation or rescheduling of the session with less than 24 hours to an already scheduled session, then that session will be paid in full and you will not be eligible for any refund. 

 

3 Month Coaching Program:

  • If you request cancellation of the 3 Month Coaching Program prior to the completion of the program; then the sessions that have already been completed are non-refundable and will be charged in full (Full price for an individual session: INR 1,500. The discounted per session rate of INR 1,200 for the 3 Month Coaching Program will no longer be valid).

  • The client will then be refunded the remaining amount (Sessions that took place at full price - minus the total amount paid) via original form of payment. 

  • If you request cancellation of the 3 Month Coaching Program with less than 24 hours to an already scheduled session; then that session will be paid in full and the remaining amount (as outlined above) of the plan paid will be refunded.  

  • To reschedule a session that is part of the 3 Month Coaching Program, please let us know 24 hours in advance of your session start time by sending an email to rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach. 

  • Rescheduling of the session with less than 24 hours to an already scheduled session will not be entertained and that session will be paid in full without any refund.

  • All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to rahul@rahulsadagopan.coach.

  • Refund requests should include the full name of the client, and the reason for the cancellation.

  • Refunds will be processed via original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the email request. 

 

6 Month Coaching Program:

  • If you request cancellation of the 6 Month Coaching Program prior to the completion of the program; then the sessions that have already been completed are non-refundable and will be charged in full (Full price for an individual session: INR 1,500. The discounted per session rate of INR 1,050 for the 6 Month Coaching Program will no longer be valid).

  • The client will then be refunded the remaining amount (Sessions that took place at full price - minus the total amount paid) via original form of payment. 

  • If you request cancellation of the 6 Month Coaching Program with less than 24 hours to an already scheduled session; then that session will be paid in full and the remaining amount (as outlined above) of the plan paid will be refunded.

  • Rescheduling of the session with less than 24 hours to an already scheduled session will not be entertained and that session will be paid in full without any refund.
